What an incredible day. My absolute favorite part about what I do is telling each unique story. Every couple is so different and what makes sense for one may not fit for another. Embracing what makes YOU happy is so so important especially on your wedding day, which is exactly what Althea & Austin did.
After a year or so of being engaged, these two chose to go to Vermont during their spring break to get married.
The day was slow and relaxed. They got ready at their own pace and with no real set schedule, other than a sleigh ride, we headed out to the adorable downtown area of Stowe, Vermont. Afterwards we met up with Jack, who thought Althea’s bouquet (that flew across the U.S. with me!) was his afternoon snack. Haha! Him and his owner Michael, took us on a sleigh ride and then we ended at Spruce Peak Lodge where they read their letters to each other. I was of course, oohing and ahhing over how incredible the photos were the whole time – can you blame me!?
Althea & Austin – I cannot say thank you enough for trusting me to document this special day for you guys. Getting to know you both has been SUCH a joy. I hope that these images are such a blessing to you, your family and friends. And that they will be cherished for years and years to come. <3
